Collin Adu, DPT, PHD, MBA
Collin Adu, DPT, PHD, MBA, is the president and clinical director of Onesource Sports Neuro Rehab in Lawrenceville and Snellville, Georgia. Dr. Adu is passionate in his belief that patients deserve the highest level of excellence in care and offers expert osteopathic manual therapy at the practice’s offices in Lawrenceville and Snellville.
Dr. Adu earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia — one of the country’s leading physical therapy graduate-level programs.
Dr. Adu is a geriatric certified specialist (GCS), an esteemed position awarded by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS). He is also a spinal manipulation therapist (CERT-SMT), completing his training with the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. This highly intensive, evidence-based postgraduate fellowship training covers the diagnosis and treatment of spinal conditions and the extremities. Currently, only 1% of therapists are fellowship-trained.
Dr. Adu is also an osteopractor, a clinical designation that’s only been awarded to 200 clinicians worldwide and requires intensive fellowship training. Dr. Adu is also certified in vestibular rehabilitation, dry needling (CERT-DN), and osteopathic manual techniques.
Everyone who sees Dr. Adu appreciates his patience and concern for their well-being. He endeavors to provide his patients with the very best care and give them the information they need to understand their condition and the scientific basis for their treatment.
When he is not managing Onesource Sports Neuro Rehab or treating patients, Dr. Adu likes to spend his time reading, traveling, doing charity work with homeless shelters in the United States and abroad, and above all, being with his wife and three beautiful children.
Abiola Fakile, PT, DPT
Dr. Fakile earned her doctorate of Physical Therapy from Howard University. She is also an alumna of the University of Georgia and Mercer University, where she earned a Bachelor’s in Biology and Master’s of Public Health, respectively. Dr. Fakile has previous experience in Pediatric Development and Orthopedics.
Working with Dr. Fakile will definitely bring the fun, but also the necessary push to progress towards your goals. Coming from a familial background full of community, compassion, and care, Dr. Fakile strives to offer that same experience, while also providing excellent patient care.
She is most passionate about health and wellness, especially in minority groups, and makes it her personal goal to help others get back to their fully functioning selves while creating a sustainable lifestyle change.
Dr. Fakile’s hobbies include photography, traveling, trying new (and delicious) foods, hanging out with friends and family, being adventurous, playing with her dog, and exploring!
Patrice Sterling, M.S., CCC-SLP
Patrice is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with a Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology. She has been working as a Speech Language Pathologist for 13 years. She has spent the majority of her career working with individuals with speech, voice, swallowing and cognitive disorders. She has worked in various settings including acute care hospital, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, outpatient rehab and in the patients home environment. She has a passion for adult rehab and has continued her education in speech and swallowing to become Vital Stim certified. Patrice resides in Snellville, Georgia with her husband and two children.

Keith joins our team with over 18 years of diverse experience. He has treated patients in several capacities including hospitals, outpatient therapy, Skilled Nursing facility and homehealth.
