Onesource offers outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy that differs from home health in that these clients are not required to be “home bound.” These patients are traditionally those who no longer qualify for home health services as they are now physically capable of leaving their home for longer duration, and yet they find getting to an outpatient clinic difficult due to transportation or convenience. They are patients who are not homebound but find difficulty getting to the clinic due to low vision, anxiety, or pain medications.
